Housing is the foundation of exceptional health outcomes. Thankfully, members of our community have access to affordable housing solutions through Lifewell. In 2024, Terros Health entered into a consolidation agreement with Lifewell to provide comprehensive whole-person care and critical wraparound services to more people in the community. The consolidation enables Lifewell to offer affordable housing while collaborating with behavioral health services providers to promote healthy, independent living. This includes long-term housing dedicated to Arizona’s most vulnerable citizens. Lifewell operates 46 dedicated adult units at three housing projects throughout the Valley, plus 14 units for those with visual impairments.

Individuals with Serious Mental Illness

At Monte Vita Gardens, Terros Health provides specialized residential treatment services for adults diagnosed with a serious mental illness (SMI) and co-occurring substance use disorders.

These services are offered in a safe, structured and therapeutic environment where individuals can focus on recovery with the support of a skilled and compassionate care team.

The program is designed to address the complex needs of individuals experiencing both mental health and substance use challenges through evidence-based, person-centered care. Patients focus on individualized treatment goals that promote stabilization, recovery, and independent living skills.

Through compassionate care and structured programming, Monte Vista Gardens empowers clients to build resilience and achieve long-term recovery.
