Our Specialty Community Health Centers provide high-quality, affordable health care to special populations, including adults with Serious Mental Illness designation, persons under Court Ordered Treatment, individuals and families who are unhoused, and individuals who are at higher risk of HIV/STI. We are able to serve everyone regardless of their ability to pay. We offer a wide range of services, including primary and psychiatric medical care, behavioral health services, substance use treatment, and preventive care. We focus on meeting the unique needs of our communities, improving health outcomes, and reducing barriers to care.
