Child and Adolescent Services
Every child deserves access to compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health care in an environment where they feel seen, heard and supported. Terros Health’s Children’s Services help young people and their families navigate mental health, substance use and other challenges and achieve emotional well-being through personalized, family-centered care.
Comprehensive support for youth and families
We offer a full continuum of care tailored to children and adolescents.
- Psychiatric Evaluation and Medication Management Our board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist provides comprehensive evaluations and ongoing medication management to support the mental health needs of each individual.
- Individual Counseling One-on-one sessions with seasoned clinicians enable children and teens to explore their thoughts, behaviors and feelings in a supportive, confidential setting using evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT and trauma-informed care.
- Family Counseling We work collaboratively with families to strengthen communication, rebuild trust and support the overall family dynamic, recognizing that healing and growth happen within the context of relationships.
- Group Counseling and Peer Support Our structured group programs provide a safe space for youth to share experiences, build social and emotional skills, and develop healthy coping strategies through therapeutic and recreational group activities.
