HUD Housing

Lifewell Housing Solutions offers HUD housing options, serving Arizona’s most vulnerable citizens by providing stable, affordable housing and connecting them with supportive services. Across the Phoenix area, there are 46 adult units within three housing projects that address the unique needs of specific populations:

• Desert Esperanza and Villa Davis provide permanent housing options to AHCCCS members with an SMI determination, offering safe and stable long-term housing options.
• Desert Sol provides permanent housing options designed specifically for members with visual impairments, creating an environment that promotes accessibility, safety, and independence.
